What a fantastic Easter. I hope you were blessed as we celebrated a risen Savior. God has truly blessed us and calls us to be a blessing to others. Let’s carry on our passion throughout the year.

I also want to thank the youth for the great job they did on the Sunrise Service video. Very well done.

This coming Sunday we will have a unique worship experience focusing on children and their parents. The rest of you will find it meaningful too as we explore the virtue of friendship through drama, music, and video. We look forward to seeing you here.

I hope you have been able to take time to reflect on your life during this Easter Season. This is always an emotional time for me. This week we go from the intimacy of the upper room, to the heart break of the cross, and finally to the victory of the empty tomb.

We invite you to commemorate these events with us throughout the week. On Thursday we will commemorate the Last Supper with a meal together and communion. On Friday we will join with the other churches in the community for a Good Friday service at the Nine Mile United Methodist Church, at 7 PM. Join us on Easter Sunday for our Sunrise Service at 9 AM, breakfast at 9:45 AM, and our Easter Worship service at 10:30 AM. Be blessed.
