Yesterday at church we had Joe & Natalie Reed share about their vision for serving in South Africa. Natalie grew up in our church though she was in her senior year of high school when I got here so you can’t blame me for any bad influence. Actually she had, and still has, a sweet spirit. They also had son Ezra and daughter Keziah along. Cute kids.

They did a great job sharing about their dreams. Natalie did a good job explaining the personal journey side of the story and Joe communicated well about the work they are going to be doing. They ended with a question and answer time. I think they thought there would be more questions but I thought it was a good response. For some reason people feel strange asking a lot of questions on Sunday morning.

I’m glad it went well because up until they spoke it seemed a little dead. That happens sometimes but I’m not sure why. It’s like everyone went to a really good party the night before and would rather have slept in a little longer. In the end it was a good day.
